SCREENING EXERCISE FOR PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS (2021/2022) ACADEMIC SESSION

All candidates who applied to FUHSO for the 2021/2022 Academic Session and with a minimum score of 190 at the 2021 UTME are hereby invited for a screening exercise:
Date: 24th – 26th of May, 2022.
Venue: Otada Campus, FUHSO, Otukpo.
Candidates are to come with the following:
i. Print Out of Jamb Application Slip.
ii. Two passport photographs.
iii. Print out of Jamb result from Jamb CAPS.
iv. Original and Copies of GCE O’ Level/NECO result.
v. Certificate of State of Origin.
vi. Evidence (REMITA) of payment of non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) for screening.
vii. Birth Certificate/Declaration of age Direct Entry Candidates BSc in the relevant Science Courses with a minimum of Second Class lower or A Levels/IJMB with a minimum of 10 points (Minimum of pass in each of Biology, Chemistry, and Physics).

- CAN THE SCHOOL CHARGES BE PAID IN INSTALLMENTS?
YES, 60% after initial acceptance fee and balance of 40% to be paid before 2nd semester.
2. CAN STUDENTS COME WITH THEIR BEDS AND MATTRESSES?
No. students are to come with beddings only.
3. WILL THE SCHOOL MANAGEMENT PROVIDE ARMED SECURITY PERSONNEL?
The university will provide security.
4. WHEN IS THE MATRICULATION DAY?

5. IS THE SCHOOL FEEDING THE STUDENTS?

Proceed to any accredited JAMB CBT centre to accept the alternative course if you so wish.
The exercise is meant for candidates who have fulfilled the following conditions: (I) Have a minimum score of 200 at the 2020 JAMB exams in the relevant subjects (II) Have successfully concluded the change of institution to FUHSO as at 1st June 2021. Please note that change of institution to FUHSO for the 2020/2021 academic session is officially closed.

Original copies of WAEC/NECO results. Evidence/print out of JAMB change of institution to FUHSO, JAMB result sheet, state of origin, birth certificate and any other relevant document.

NO. FUHSO admits only qualified candidates. Any one asking for or soliciting for money for himself or on behalf of any official of FUHSO is a fraudster and should be reported immediately. BEWARE OF FRAUDSTERS!!
