ABOUT THE ARTIST
Matthew Praize is the stage name of Matthew Ameh Agada, a fast-rising Benue Born gospel music minister. He started singing quite early as a chorister with the St. Cecilia Choir of St. Bernard’s Catholic Parish, Ugwu Okpoga, his home town.

His completion of his secondary school education and subsequent relocation to Makurdi the Benue State capital city to live with his elder brother again saw him in the choir of St. Camilus Catholic Chaplaincy, School of Nursing, Makurdi where he is not just a member but a lead vocalist.

As a recording artists, Matthew Praize’s determination to see the grace of God on his life in singing bless God’s people has seen him recording and releasing singles such as “Hallelujah”, “holy and faithful”, “I see him” which is a duet with Rev Fr Peter Duaka, na you dey run tiinz, among other songs. Today again, he is releasing this soul-lifting single in his native Idoma language, “Oche Ka o oche” (King of kings) to appreciate God for adding another year to his years. It is hot and fresh with blessings for all who will listen and sing it in worship of God.

He has ministered at gospel music concerts such as the Gate Praise of the Dunamis International Gospel Centre, High Level Church In Makurdi, the Pentecost Feast Concert of the Catholic Church held at Holy Ghost Parish; has been part of his Parish Choirs that sang at several annual Christmas Carols and Choir Competions In both Otukpo and Makurdi Catholic Dioceses.
In addition to his gospel music ministry, Matthew Praize is an undergraduate and a creative and fast-rising fashion designer with his brand, MPA Fashion from the stable of his MPA Fashion House, Makurdi where he also sits as the CEO.
